The reality is that Jesus spoke very little about hell, even taking into account his warnings concerning Judas, the Pharisees/Saducees, Tyre/Sidon, his eschatological parables, etc. in which he talks about hell in a- perhaps- less explicit way than just coming right out with the word "hell", "hades", or "gehenna".
